Participants connect during a Cuddle Party
Today we enjoy an unprecedented variety of choices in our lives, including in our relationships.
We can, of course, continue to operate within the patterns established in the past, following the lead of parents and television shows we grew up with.
It is exciting, however, and holds more opportunity for fulfillment, to take greater creative responsibility for our relationship lives, creating relationships that consistently stimulate, nurture, inspire, enliven.
Taking such responsibility also allows us to navigate more skillfully the challenges that inevitably arise in any relationships.
But how can we develop the skills associated with such responsibility in a focused way?

The Welcome Circle orients participants
Enter Cuddle Party.
Like a relationship yoga class, Cuddle Party is a space where you can grow in strength and flexibility in the relationship domain.
It's a place you can go not only to learn about, but to practice, in a structured environment, the basic skills that creating great relationships requires.
CuddleLA's instructors teach you concepts, lead you through exercises, and create for you a simplified social environment, whose basic commodity is affectionate touch, and whose basic rules are:
1. You always ask for what you want, and
2. It's not only okay to say no, it's encouraged.
The result is a place where traditional expectations around relationship fall of their own weight, where the inclusion of touch creates a wonderfully holistic experience of social connection, and where each participant is given an opportunity to practice the basics of creative self-responsibility in relationship.
